When you arrive in Whangamata you will be able to pick up your Registration pack which will contain the tokens to admit you to the functions you have chosen to attend. The Registration packs will be available for collection from the School Library from Wednesday 21 April between 9.00am and 3.00 pm daily.
REGISTRATION PACKS
On Friday 23 April Registration packs will be available from the school library from 09.00 am until 03.30 pm. and from Room 8b, which will be signposted ‘REGISTRATIONS’, from 4.30pm until 08.00 pm.
Saturday 24 April from 8.30 am until 09.45 am in Room 8b.
Registration packs for those who have registered and just arrived can be collected from Room 8b between 2.00 and 3.00 pm Saturday.Those who arrive in the evening can pick up their Packs at the Door to the Whangamata Club Dining Room Philomel Road Entrance.

Those wishing to have a tour of the school should gather on the stage outside the Fabric Room. They will be welcomed by the Principal and then taken on a guided tour of the school by our school leaders.

Venue: School Gym
An informal gathering in the School Gym to catch up with old classmates and staff.
You will not be admitted if you are not wearing the admission token.
Your first drink will be complimentary. The ticket for this is in your registration pack.
Nibbles will be served during the evening and a cash bar will operate.
